Mythwrite is a trading name of Tian Digital Security Ltd. These terms govern your use of the Mythwrite service and form the agreement between you and Tian Digital Security Ltd unless a separate written agreement applies.

2. Service Scope

Mythwrite is a software platform for drafting, planning, and editing written projects. During closed beta, features may change, be interrupted, or be removed.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding account access, maintaining accurate information, and all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Mythwrite a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Mythwrite to break laws, violate third-party rights, or interfere with service reliability/security.

Personal EPUB delivery features are only for sending your own manuscript to your own Kindle address or your own email address. You must not use them for bulk sending, third-party distribution, or other abusive activity.

6. AI Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for review and final editorial decisions before publishing.

7. Billing

Paid plans, if enabled, are billed through configured payment providers. Plan entitlements and access controls may change based on billing status.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
